By using the m999 platform, you are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read this page in full.

Account & Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old to open an account on m999.
• Each user may hold only one account.
• Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• M999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

Financial Transactions & Deposits/Withdrawals

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through approved payment methods.
• If a bonus or reward is received after a deposit, specific wagering requirements may apply.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after verification; delays in verification may result in delayed withdrawals.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, m999 may request additional verification.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt at fraud, system hacking, or manipulation will result in account closure.
• Using the platform with bots or automated software is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

Dispute Resolution & Liability

If you have a dispute or issue, please first FAQ Page see. m999 will endeavor to resolve issues within a reasonable time. m999 shall not be liable for any loss caused by factors outside the platform (such as internet disconnection).

Changes to Terms & Conditions

M999 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect upon publication on the platform. You are advised to review this page regularly.
